Recharge on your Mobile, DTH, DataCard and Bill Payments are realtime transactions and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the site, and money has been charged to your card or bank account but a recharge has not been delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction for any reason, then you may inform us by sending us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org or posting us a message on the contact us page, it will be refunded in your bank within 3 days from the date of request.
Please note that as soon as the transaction fails, money automatically get added into your wallet. You can either utilise this amount by recharging again or you can get the same refunded back to your bank account within 3 days from the date of request.
We request you to include in the email the following details:
- The mobile number/DTH account number/data card number/Postpaid
- Operator name
- Recharge amount
- Transaction date & Time
